Make It Stick Learning Impact Book Giveaway Terms and Conditions

(a) the closing date; 7th December 2021, 7pm Irish Standard Time

(b) any age, eligibility or geographical restrictions; In order to be eligible for the giveaway, participants must attend the live webinar on 7 December 2021. Those who register for the live webinar but do not attend will not be eligible. On-demand viewings of the webinar are not eligible for the prize. Employees of LearnUpon are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

(c) any restrictions on the number of entries or prizes; limited to one entry per person.

(d) the criteria for judging entries; entries will be selected at random from the list of eligible applicants by LearnUpon.

(e) a full and accurate description of the prizes; 1 copy of Peter Brown and Mark McDaniel’s book, “Make It Stick: The Science of Successful Learning” will be given to 5 individual winners.

(f) any limitations imposed on acceptance of the prizes and any duties or obligations on the part of the winners (e.g. in regard to post-event publicity); By participating in the giveaway, prize winners will have their first name and last initial shared in our post-webinar email campaign sent to all registrants of the event.

(g) whether a cash alternative can be substituted for any prize; no cash alternative or substitutions will be provided to prize winners.

(h) how and when winners will be notified of results; Prize winners will be notified via email from a representative of LearnUpon on the 8th December 2021. Prize winners will also be announced in our post-webinar email campaign sent to all registrants of the event.

(i) how and when results will be published; Prize winners will have their first name and last initial shared in our post-webinar email campaign sent on 8th December 2021. The email will be sent to all registrants of the webinar.
