How smart learning leaders get their organizations onboard.
At LearnUpon, we believe learning should remove barriers, not create them. We’re taking clear steps to ensure LearnUpon is inclusive, accessible, and meets the needs of all learners.
Accessibility is at the heart of how we build. LearnUpon meets most WCAG 2.2 AA standards today, and will be fully compliant across the learner experience by December 2025. We will continue to invest in accessibility improvements across the platform.
We test with the most commonly used screen readers, browsers, and operating systems to ensure reliable support for assistive technologies, so users can navigate with confidence.
Our platform is built for full keyboard accessibility. Key features are designed to be easily navigable without a mouse, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for all users.
We support editable video subtitles, helping users with hearing, cognitive, or learning disabilities engage with content in a way that works best for them.
Our interface is built to scale, allowing users to adjust text size without losing clarity, layout, or functionality—keeping the experience readable and usable at any size.
“Over a billion people are estimated to live with some form of disability, which can include blindness, deafness, and a variety of others. This corresponds to about 15 percent of the world’s population.”

LearnUpon currently meets the WCAG 2.0 AA standards. In fact, our accessibility work is now focused on aligning with the more recent WCAG 2.2 AA standards, with full compliance across the learner experience committed by December 2025.
LearnUpon supports navigation using screen readers across key areas of the platform. We regularly test with industry-standard tools, including:
Screen readers: JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS), and Windows Narrator Browsers: Chrome and Safari Operating systems: Windows and MacOS accessibility features
This ensures a reliable experience for users relying on assistive technologies.
A majority of LearnUpon’s fundamental features are navigable primarily by keyboard. There are a few exceptions which can be seen in our VPAT. Please contact our team to learn more.
Throughout the product development process, accessibility is built in. It’s part of every design decision, every development sprint, and every product release.
