When: Check-in is open from 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM.

Where: The Regency Foyer (right outside the Regency Ballroom) at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.

How: No tickets or QR codes needed—just give us your name and company, and we’ll handle the rest.

From inspiring speakers inside and outside LearnUpon to hands-on workshops packed with practical takeaways, this year’s agenda is designed to spark ideas and fuel action.

We’ve got you covered with complimentary food and refreshments available on both days of LearnUpon Connect, served in the Regency Foyer and the Regency Ballroom.

Day One – Thursday, May 7th

• All day coffee, tea and water available in the Regency Foyer
• Lunch Break: 12:50 PM – 1:50 PM – Served in Regency Ballroom CDE, next to general session
• Afternoon Coffee Break: 3:40 PM – 3:55 PM available in the Regency Foyer
• Connect ’26 Networking Reception for Bites and Drinks: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM Located in the TAP room, on the 2nd floor of the conference level. Simply follow the signs!

Day Two – Friday, May 8th

• Full Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM served in the Regency Ballroom CDE
• Coffee, tea and water are available all day in the Regency Foyer
• Morning Refreshment Break: 10:25 AM – 10:45 AM in the Regency Foyer
• Join us after the conference for lunch and refreshments served in the Regency Ballroom CDE from 1:15 PM – 3:15 PM

Chicago in May is all about the “Spring Shuffle.” Temperatures average around 70°F during the day but can dip into the low 50s at night—and the breeze off Lake Michigan can add an extra chill.

Since the weather can be a bit unpredictable (and the venue AC is always a factor), layering is your best friend. We recommend a light jacket, sweater, or blazer that you can easily take on or off as you move between sessions and evening events.

Distance: Approximately 20 miles O’Hare is a major hub and likely where many of you will land. While it’s only 20 miles away, the journey typically takes 45–60+ minutes by car.
